Steps

Wash Mushrooms and cut into small pieces

Add to the salt, green chilli, garam masala, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander, besan or corn flour

Mix all together Use some water if need

Once done, heat 2 tsp mustard oil on a deep tawa
- 5
Make flattened rounds of the mixture. You can use little water so that the mixture does not stick to your hands.

If mixture are loose then take some amount of mixture and keep in oil on tawa directly and press softly.

Fry the kebabs both sides on medium to high heat
- 8
Serve hot with green chatani and salad.
