  • Water
  • Sugar(optional)
  • Lemon(juice)

Steps

    Peel ginger and beetroot

  2. 2

    Wash with water and pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Add into a blender with water and blend very smooth

  4. 4

    Sieve

    Add cubes or refrigerate
