I am trying out dishes in my new slow cooker which has been on my wish list for quite some time and finally received as a secret Santa gift 😊

Once the chicken was cooked I removed the pieces individually from the slow cooker. I made noodles with the chicken for the kids and made a home made ‘Wagamama’ style amai sauce. They loved it 😊

Ingredients

  • 450 gchicken breasts
  • 1while lemon
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1 teaspoondried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoondried thyme
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • Halfteaspoon black pepper
  • 50 mlwater

    Cut the lemon in half. Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours. You reduce the water by taking it out of the slow cooker and then placing it on the hob. I removed the lemons and garlic before doing this.
