Slice yam in circles and fry in heated veg oil.flip other side to fry as well.

Beat eggs in a bowl,add salt,curry and fresh pepper.heat vegetable oil fry onion then ppir in the egg to fry.

Slice the fresh tomatoes,onionand fresh pepper fry in vegetable oil gor 10-15minutes add salt and seasoning cubes to taste.
