12-14crispy papdis
100 gramcurd fresh
1large potato boiled
1/2 cupcoriander chutney
1/2 cupsweet mint chutney
1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
1 teaspoonchaat masala
1 teaspooncommon salt
1/2 cupsev bhujia
1/4 cupanaar daane

Arrange papdi in plate

Top it up chopped boiled potatoes

Sprinkle chat masala, red chilli powder

Top these with cold curd

Top green chutney and sweet mint chutney

Sprinkle chat masala, cumin powder, salt

Top up with anaar and sev bhujia
8

Serve immediately 😋😋😋😋
