Ingredients

50 mins

4 servings

500 gbeef
Some potatoes
Some carrots
Green pepper
Some tomatoes
Cooking oil
1 pinchsalt
Any other spice

Chop the beef, peel the potatoes and slice carrots

Boil beef till tender with salt
3

Fry onions till brown then add tomatoes and green pepper
4

Mix with potatoes and carrots.

Add the tender beef and any other ingredient.

Cook for 20mins then serve
