Bada** Strawberry Cheesecake *EASY*

I put together this recipe for my best friends birthday one year and it’s been a hit ever since!! Easy and addictive! Pictures aren’t that great but take a look anyway 😀

Ingredients

1 -9 inch
  1. Crust
  2. 1.5 cupgraham crackers
  3. 1/3 cupmelted butter
  4. 1/4 cupconfectioners sugar
  5. Filling
  6. 16 ozcream cheese
  7. 2eggs
  8. 135 gsugar
  9. 1/3 cup (77 g)strawberry purée
  10. 1 tspstrawberry emulsion (extract) optional ***

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For crust. Combine Crumbs, butter and sugar

  2. 2

    If you don’t have purée made already, Just blend a cup of strawberries with a splash a water. Or no water at all! 😀

    Spray your 9 inch pan or mini muffin pan preheat oven 325F

  4. 4

    Press crumbs down in selected pan until bottom is covered with crust

  5. 5

    Place in freezer or fridge and begin your filling

  6. 6

    In large mixing bowl or mixer combine cream cheese and sugar. Nice And smooth

  7. 7

    Now Add purée. And emulsion***

  8. 8

    Add each egg one at a time. Combine well.

  9. 9

    Fill pan or muffin pan 3/4 full. Place in oven for 10-20 min. Check after 10. Filling shouldn’t jiggle much. Let cool. Then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
