Firstly, in a bowl take flour, oil, salt, mix it properly, now add water intermittently and make a semi soft dough, divide it into three parts, add colour in two of the parts, prepare an orange dough, a green dough and a white dough.

Now divide each part into four equal size balls, two balls needed to make a paratha.

Take two balls and roll them with a rolling pin, make small rotis, place 1-2 pieces of broken kalakand in the centre of the roti and cover with another one.

Seal the sides properly with little water, dust some flour (if required) and roll it again.

Cut the edges with cutter (this step is optional).

Prepare all the parathas in same process one by one.

Heat non stick pan, put it ghee and fry the parathas on both sides properly.

To prepare coloured sweet sauce, take two small sized bowls, mix condensed milk, milk powder and food colour.

Serve hot with chilled sweet sauce.
