  1. 2 cupsblack eye beans
  2. 1onions bulb
  3. 4 piecesfresh Pepper
  4. Vegetables oil for frying
  5. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Wash the beans by removing the black eye.(I normally do dat with my blender) and blend into a smooth paste with Pepper and onions. Put the oil on pan, measure with spoon and fry, turn the other side and fry too.

    Remove from fire, drain and off gas.I serve my kids with Apple, carrots and banana as fruits, Biscuits as snacks, Hollandia Evaporated milk as drinks,water as water 😁
