1Squid (Ngisi) washed and dried
Some salt
1 tspgarlic & Ginger paste
1 tsptumeric powder & Paprika
Some lemon juice

Cut the rings from the squid, place in a bowl

Add the spices and mix well
3

Let marinate for an hour before deep frying in hot oil
4

Serve with Rice and coconut stew.
