Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1Squid (Ngisi) washed and dried
  • Some salt
  • 1 tspgarlic & Ginger paste
  • 1 tsptumeric powder & Paprika
  • Some lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the rings from the squid, place in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add the spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Let marinate for an hour before deep frying in hot oil

  4. 4

    Serve with Rice and coconut stew.
