Mooli ka Parantha is the favourite and delicious breakfast of Panjab . Mostly it is served in winter with curd and pickles.
Steps

Make the dough of whole wheat flour with adding required salt.keep aside.

Grate the radish.Let it leave for few minutes Then squeeze it's water well.

Now add asafoetida, garam masala, coriander leaves and powder, red chilli powder, green chillies and salt. mix well and make the perfect stuffing.

Now take two equal lemon sized balls from the dough and roll it like small Chapati
- 5
Place mooli stuffing on one Chapati then cover with the other rolled Chapati and join the edges.Now roll it into the size of Chapati or Parantha carefully.

Heat a tawa and place the Parantha on it.drop oil or ghee around the Parantha.

Fry Parantha golden and crisp from both sides by pressing the spatula.

Serve hot Parantha with butter,curd and pickles as per your taste.
