Ingredients

  1. Muli ki bhaji
  2. Oil
  3. Besan
  4. Turmeric
  5. Red chilli powder
  6. Salt
  7. Ghee
  8. Halfcup water
  9. Sugarcane

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut the leaves of reddish(muli) into small pieces.soak in a water for an hour.

  2. 2

    Keep pan on a gas. Keep flame on medium.first add 3 tablespoon oil.then add bhaji which we kept aside for soak.on the top add besan,red chilli powder,turmeric and salt.dont mix it and in the side of the pen add half cup water and cover the pan.

  3. 3

    After 10 minutes check that water has burnt or not now mix it. And keep stiring for 2 minutes. Now turn off the gas.keep this mixture aside for cooldown.after half an hour take a cheese cube and cover it with a mixture of bhaji. Take a pan and on medium flame add 3 tablespoon ghee and put kabab give shape and saute for 5 minutes after it become brown of shallow fry serve it with a sugar can stick and serve with green chutney.
