Mix suji and curd well and leave for 10 minutes

Add water salt and oil in it

Divide this mixture into 3 parts

Mix spinach puree and green chutney in first part

In the second part mix red chutney and sauce

Let the third part white

Now add eno fruit salt in all three parts

Heat up the water in pressure cooker for steaming

Grease the tin and pour mixture of green part in it

Place this tin in the pressure cooker and close the lid without whistle

Steam for 5 minutes and switch off the flame

Now at the white part and steam for 5 minutes

Then pour the red part and steam again for 5 minutes

Let this dhokla cool now heat up the oil in the pan

Crackle the Saraswat Dana then add curry patta and chillies

After this add lemon juice,water and sugar

Boil for 5 minutes, spread this tadka on the dhokla
