Steps
- 1
Sieve flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa powder
- 2
Add into the dry ingredients the egg, vegetable oil, and milk
- 3
Start mixing the wet and dry ingredients
- 4
This is the consistency you want, a very runny batter. If too dry add more milk, if extremely wet add more flour a tablespoon at a time
- 5
Pour a ladleful or 1/4 cup of the batter to non stick pan
- 6
Swirl the pan around until the batter covers the bottom of the pan completely. Let the crepe cook until bubbles start to form at the top and/or top becomes glossy
- 7
Flip the crêpe and cook second side until golden brown
- 8
Remove and set the crêpe on kitchen paper towel lined plate as you finish the batter
- 9
Sprinkle generously with icing sugar or top with fruits, melted chocolate, syrup, sauce or even ice cream
