I got this recipe from my good friend Sharon. This tastes as good as Chile relenno without the mess.

Mix together 1/2 & 1/2, eggs, and flour.

Using 2. 8x8 pans, layer chile's, cheese, and egg mixture twice ending with cheese. Top with tomato sauce

Bake at 350 for 55 -75 minutes. Hint. Make a day ahead keep it in the fridge until ready to bake. When finished let stand for several minutes before serving. Enjoy
