In a bowl mix semolina, salt, sugar and curd

Boil it untill become thick paste

Divide the paste in 3 parts. mix carrot in one part
- 4
Mix spinach puri in 2nd part and cook both untill become thick dough
- 5
Fry the fenugreek leaves with lesa oil and salt untill become dry
- 6
Make small balls with dough, fill fried fenugreek leaves and make a flat shape like bada
- 7
Fry it and Serve hot with chutney
