Mash the cake in a bowl to form crumbs.

Add in the butter cream and mix with the crumbled cake.

Form small cake balls then put them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl under boiled water ie double boiler. Water should not come into contact with the chocolate.

Insert chopsticks into the cake balls then drizzle them with the melted chocolate and add sprinkles on top(optional)

Place the cake balls back onto the parchment paper and leave to harden a few minutes. The Popsicles are ready to be eaten as a snack, kids will enjoy them.
