Ingredients

2 servings
  • 150 grampaneer cut into 1 inch size
  • 2tomato
  • 5-6 clovegarlic
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 1 inchginger
  • 4green chilli
  • 1 cubebutter(6 gram)
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonalmond paste(optional)

  1. 1

    Make a paste of tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves.

  2. 2

    In a wok add butter and set it on low heat. Add the green paste and cook on low heat. Add paneer cube, turmeric powder and cook until raw aroma disappear. Add amond paste.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and it is ready for serving.
