Steps

Boil the chickpeas well adding salt and turmeric powder.

Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.

Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder along with salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Mix chickpea and sugar and garnish with coriander leaf chopped and serve.

Saute well till oil separates.
