Ingredients

  • 1 kgcarrot
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 bowlfresh malai
  • 1 cupkhoya
  • 1/2 cupmixed dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel wash and grate the carrots

  2. 2

    Put in a kadai and cook on high flame till 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add sugar and cook till water absorbs

  4. 4

    Now add malai and cook on medium flame till carrots mix in it

  5. 5

    Now add dry fruits

  6. 6

    Garnish with khoya

  7. 7

    Serve hot
