Take a bowl and add gram flour in it

Add little amount of water in it

Mix it.

Now make batter from gram flour.

Whisk the batter for 2-3 min.

Add green chilli and ginger paste.

Add salt and red chilli powder.

Add green coriander leaves

Peel the potatoes and cut them

Add oil in pan.

Now take one potato piece and dip in batter and place in pan.

Fry until they turn golden brown in colour.

Take them out in a plate.
