Ingredients

  • 300 gmbeans chopped
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add onion chopped and saute well

  3. 3

    Add beans stir fry well and cover

  4. 4

    As it is soft and moist add salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Fry well adding sugar
