Boil the meat on medium heat till all water dries up

Chop the onions and add to the boiled meat add the oil and cook till golden brown on low heat

Grate the capsicum then add and simmer for 3minutes

Dice the tomatoes and add to the meat cook for 5min add salt to taste

Boil the rice and ready
