  • 1 bunchSpinach
  • 1brinjal
  • 1potato
  • 1 tspcelery seed
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper celery seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add Brinjal and Potatoes saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add spinach mix well and cover till it is soft

  5. 5

    Add sugar and fry well till oil separates
