Ingredients

500 gboiled sugar beans
6potatoes cut in quarters. Gravy soakers
1onion chopped
3tomatoes chopped
2 tablespooncurry powder
2 teaspoongharam masala
leafCurry
Star annese
stickCinnamon
leafBay
2 teaspoonginger and garlic
to tasteSalt

Steps

Add dry spices ginger, garlic and tomatoes

Mix well and add cut potatoes

Cook for 20 minutes until potatoes are soft. Add water as needed

And boiled beans and let simmer for another 10 minutes

Add salt to taste and garnish with coriander. Serve as bunny chow or with roti
