Ingredients

  • 500 gboiled sugar beans
  • 6potatoes cut in quarters. Gravy soakers
  • 1onion chopped
  • 3tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespooncurry powder
  • 2 teaspoongharam masala
  • leafCurry
  • Star annese
  • stickCinnamon
  • leafBay
  • 2 teaspoonginger and garlic
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add dry spices ginger, garlic and tomatoes

  2. 2

    Mix well and add cut potatoes

  3. 3

    Cook for 20 minutes until potatoes are soft. Add water as needed

  4. 4

    And boiled beans and let simmer for another 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste and garnish with coriander. Serve as bunny chow or with roti
