Steps

Boil the meat with seasonings and spices

Add water to the grinded Egusi and make a paste then fry with red oil with some slice of onions
- 3
When the meat is done, add the blended perper, tatashe, onions, fried Egusi to the meat, taste for seasoning, add the crayfish and cover to cook. Finally add ur ugwu leaf and put the heat.
