  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1 cupgrinded sugar
  • 2cardamoms
  • 1 tbspKesari milk masala from everest masala
  • 75 gmskhoya
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Roughly grind matar.

    Dry roast baesan

    Add ghee add matar to it.

  4. 4

    Fry 30min. Add khoya and powdered sugar and kaisar mix.Saute for another 10 mins.

    Add kesari milk masala

    Grease one plate with ghee and set the mixture as barfi.
