Cream butter well,add sugar and beat again,add egg York and mix for 1 min

Add flour,corn flour into the creamed mixture to form a soft dough.roll the dough into small balls

Brush Balls with egg white and sprinkles with chopped nuts.

Make a hole in the center of each cookie with a thimble and bake for 5 mins in a very moderate oven. Buh I didn't use thimble I used this

Remove from oven and press each cookie again in centre with a thimble.

Return to oven and bake another 10mins or until golden brown.leave to cool on baking sheet,then fill centerS with jam,lemon curd or Nutella

Preferably used lemon curd
