In a medium bowl, separate your egg yolk from the white. Divide ur sugar into two, pour half in d egg white, d other half in d egg yolk.

Beat your egg white using a mixer (or whisk if you don't have one) on a high speed for about 5mins or until it's white and fluffy,set aside.

Mix ur powdered milk with warm water (warm!!) and pour into ur egg yolk and sugar bowl. Add vanilla flavor and yeast whisk until u stop hearing d sound of d sugar, set aside.

In another bowl, add flour and baking powder, whisk then add to the egg yolk mixture. Whisk well until they are no lumps

Now fold in your egg white gently until fully combine. Cover ur batter for 10-15 minutes to rise a bit, then it's time to fry. In a non stick frying pan, clean d pan by dipping tissue into oil, then pour a generous amount of d batter into the pan and fry in a low heat.

*Chocolate/caramel /strawberry or golden syrup
*Banana
*Strawberry etc
