Ingredients

  1. 250 gmSuhanjna flowers
  2. 200 gmPeas
  3. 2Onions finely chopped
  4. 2Tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 1 tspGinger finely chopped
  6. to tasteSalt and red chilli powder,
  7. To tasteGaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspDry Coriander powder
  9. 2 tbspCurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash suhanjna and boil it and squeez.Other side boil Matar and drain

  2. 2

    In a pan heat tha oll add Ginger and onions and cook add tomatoes and cook

  3. 3

    Add all dry spices and mix well

  4. 4

    Than add suhanjna and curd cook for 2 mint add boil Matar and again cook

  5. 5

    After 5 mint sabzi is ready to serve
