Steps

Firstly wash spinach and blanch in a boiling water for 1minutes. Don't over cook, after that deep spinach into the cold water.

Now roughly chop onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli and paneer cut into cubes.

Now heat a pan add oil/butter, cumin seeds, hing and crackle them.Then add ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion and saute for 2-3minutes. After that add chopped tomato and cook it until soft.

Now they get little cool a bit make it puree with spinach put into the mixer jar.

Now heat a pan add oil, cashews roast it. Then add all dry spices -red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute for 1minute on law flame. Then add onion, spinach puree and cook for 2-3 minutes more.

Now add fresh cream and paneer, nutmeg powder, garammasala, salt to taste mix well and cover it cook for 3-4minutes.

Now shahi palak paneer is ready to serve. Garnish with some grated paneer.
