  • 2raw eggs
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2cksp of kings vegetables oil
  • 3finger plantain
  • 2fresh Pepper
  • 1 dashsalt

  1. 1

    Peel and cut your plantain to any shape, sprinkle with salt, fry and set aside.break your eggs, add a pinch of salt and fry. Serve with chilled drink.
