Parboil beans in a pressure pot after 30mins wash and boil back adding salt to taste.

Cut carrots,onion,cucumber,fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes.heat up vegetable oil fry onion,fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper,add salt and seasoning fry for few mins pour in the carrots and cabbage stir and leave it on the heat for 2 more mins.
