Ingredients

  • 5-6potatoes
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 bowlbesan/ gram flour
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into round shapes

  2. 2

    Add besan,carom seeds,red chilli powder,chat masala and salt in a mixing bowl add some water and make a pakoda batter

  3. 3

    Dip potatoes in this batter

  4. 4

    Add in hot oil and deep fry till crispy

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
