In a bowl mix atta+salt+ajwain.

Mix fresh coriander leaf and green chilli.

Mix warm water and make a soft dough.

Gently press and make round roti in both hands.

Heat the tawa and spread oil on it

Now shallow fry makki ki roti from both side
- 7
Serve hot with butter and hot tea/coffee. For more taste u can serve with sarso ka saag.

To increase more taste you can serve hot gulab jamun as a dessert with it.
