Steps

Soaked overnight kabuli chana and bring it to boil until soft.

Marinate boiled chana with salt, onion,garlic, ginger juice and turmeric powder.

In a wok add 1 teaspoon cooking oil and add marinated chana. Add tomato and cook until soft the tomato. Add small amount of water if required. Add sugar and cook for a while.

Add lemon juice and black pepper. Switch off the oven and it is ready for serving
