Besan main paani ko thode thode add karein.aisa karne se besan ache se paani main ghool jayega

Matar ko grind karle.

Grind kiye gaye matar ko besan ke ghol main daal kar mix karle

Saare veggies ko chop karle or uss mixture main daale

Ab veggies or mixture ko ache se mix karle

Kadhai ko heat karein or usme oil daale.

Jab oil garam ho jaye tb usme hing daale or uss mixture ko daale

Usko 5 minutes high flame main fry karein or 5 minutes low flame main fry karein.....ghol ko hilate rahiye

Jab woh pak jaye toh usko plate main daal le or thanda hone de

Jab woh pura thanda ho jaye toh usko apne man pasand shape main kaat le

Frying pain main bache hue oil heat karein or woh kaate hue peetol ko daale or ek side ko light brown fry karle

Jab ek side fry ho jaye toh uske dusre side ko bhi wese hi paka le

Aapka peetol hai ready.isko tomato ketchup or green chutney ke saath serve karein
