Heat a pressure cooker...Put oil and ghee...When hot add the jeera...and the whole garam masala....After it splutters put chopped onions & green chilli...Then add ginger garlic paste...Fry for a few minutes till the raw smell goes...

Add the chopped tomato,green peas and sweet corn.Put garam masala powder...Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes...

Now add the washed and soaked basmati rice after draining the rice....Fry for about 5 minutes....

Put the measured water...Salt and squeeze lemon juice...Stir well....

Now close the cooker with the lid...Do not put the whistle....Let it cook on low to medium flame for 5 to 7 mins....

Then turn off the gas and let it rest for some time....

Before serving garnish with coriander leaves....

Serve hot with raita of your choice,pickle and papad.
