Slice the liver into strips or cut it into bite size pieces.

Put the onions in a saucepan and fry slightly. If using tomatoes, cook them with the onions. Sprinkle salt to your preference.

Add the liver and let it cook until the blood is clear but the liver isn't too dry(about 7-10mins). N/B: don't overcook liver, it will harden and become very dry.

Serve with accompaniment of choice. Enjoy.
