Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 200 grcoconut powder
  • 200 grsugar
  • 250 grwheat flour
  • Oil to deep fry
  • pinchSalt

  1. 1

    Take one bowl add wheat flour add into this pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil and add water to make chapati dough.

  2. 2

    For stuffing add sugar and coconut powder

    With chapatti butter to make chapati and stuffing with coconut sugar stuffed and fold it half to make kajjikaya

    Take one pan add oil and heat it to deep fry add one by one kajjikaya in to oil and fry it turns into golden colour
