Marinate the chicken first with ginger garlic paste and rest for about 15 min.

Then add rest of dry masala along with curd.

Rub the chicken vigorously allow the marinate seep in.

For the the batter

Mix all the dry flours and sparkling water together.

Dip the chicken into batter one by one and fry untill golden brown and crisp

Serve with green chutney and hot tomato chuntey.
