Ingredients

  1. 500 gmwith bone chicken
  2. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 2 tbspvinegar
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1 cupcurd
  6. 3 tspsalt
  7. 2 tbspred chilli powder medium hot
  8. 5 gmcurry leaves
  9. 1/2 cupchick pea flour
  10. 1/2 cuprice flour
  11. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  12. 1/2 cupsago flour (optional)
  13. 500 mlsparkling water

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken first with ginger garlic paste and rest for about 15 min.

  2. 2

    Then add rest of dry masala along with curd.

  3. 3

    Rub the chicken vigorously allow the marinate seep in.

  4. 4

    For the the batter

  5. 5

    Mix all the dry flours and sparkling water together.

  6. 6

    Dip the chicken into batter one by one and fry untill golden brown and crisp

  7. 7

    Serve with green chutney and hot tomato chuntey.
