In a bowl put griended moth,gram flour, potatoes,.

Add 1/2 Tsp garlic, chilli,salt keep it a side.

In other bowl put khoya,curd, black pepper, cardamoms,salt,& beet root juice,clove, dryfruits,sugar.

Mix all things very well.it is stuffing for koftas.

Now make small balls From the kofta dough.fill prepared mixture in it.roll it again.

Make all koftas like this.

Fry it in Heat oil golden.keep it a side.

Now in a Heat pan add 2 Tsp oil,let it hot.

Put cumin seeds, cracle it.

Add onions golden Fry it.

Add ginger garlic, roasted it.

Add chilli, turmeric, coriander powder,mix 2 Tsp water.

Add griended tomato, cook it 2 miniutes.

Add garam masala, salt,add 2 cup of water,let it boil.

Now add coriander leaf.

Put kofta in servings plate,pour greavy in it.garnish it with cream,& coriander leaves.
