Resham chicken
Steps

Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste and curd for 30 minutes.

Heat oil and lightly fry the chicken pieces. keep aside.

Heat oil in another pan and add bay leaves and whole garam masala.

When masala crackle add chopped onion & fry it till translucent. Add tomato puree, cashew paste and saute for few minutes, add all the powder masalas(except garam masala powder) and stirring to cook another 2 minutes.

Add fried chicken pieces, coconut milk, salt and cover to cook until chicken is soft.

Add garam masala and give it a good mix. Resham chicken is ready to serve.
