Ingredients

20 minutes
4 small plates
  • 100 gmacaroni
  • 60 gcheddar cheese (grated)
  • 50 mlfresh cream
  • To tastesalt and pepper

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the macaroni until cooked BUT DO NOT drain the water

    Add the grated cheese to the macaroni with the water in and mix. Add in the salt and pepper.

    On a low heat, keep on stirring while cheese melts

  4. 4

    Add cream and stir

    When happy with the consistency,serve.
