Clean gajar,Peel and grate Then in a pan heat ghee and gajar saute till it's become smooth and soft.

In anoteor pan add milk and gajar, stir it continuously.After sometimes it's looks like paste add sugar mix well and stir till halwa leaves pan and ghee separate from halwa now add half Elaichi powder and dryfruits, transfer it to a plate, garnish with dryfruuits and Elaichi powder

It's always saute in ghee halva colour become rich red and halva always smooth and soft
