Jowar and vegetables khichdi winter special

Soak the Jowar over night in enough water.

Combine soaked and drained Jowar, 1cup of water and salt in pressure cooker, mix well and pressure Cook for 5 whistles

Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. Keep the cooked whole Jowar aside draining water.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.

After add the green chillies and vegetables and saute on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

Add Jowar, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
