Ingredients

  • 250 gMargarine
  • 250 gsugar
  • 250 gflour
  • 4eggs
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix margarine and sugar

  2. 2

    Beat eggs to the mixture one by one

  3. 3

    Add the flour,baking powder and vanilla essence

  4. 4

    Grease your baking tin and bake at 180degrees for 50mins

  5. 5

    Let it cool on a rack for 10mins and serve
