For all the maggi lovers, hot chilli garlic maggi. Try this easy chilli garlic maggi recipe that can be made with a very few ingredients. You are going to love it😊

Heat butter in a pan on low medium heat.

Add onion, green chilli and garlic. Saute till onion gets translucent.

Add green peas, capsicum and carrot. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add in the chopped tomato and salt. Mix and cook till tomato turn soft and mushy.

Now add maggi tastemaker, schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix everything well.

Add in the two cups water and bring it to a boil.

Then add maggi, breaking into 2 halves. Give it a mix. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on low medium flame, stir occassionaly.

Open the lid, give it a final mix.

Serve hot.
