  • 2 kgmilk
  • 1/2 kgmawa
  • 2 spooncardamom powder
  • 1 cupchopped dryfruits
  • 250 gmghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate the carrot

  2. 2

    Add carrot and milk in a heavy bottom wok and cook till absorve the milk in carrot

  3. 3

    Now add ghee,cardamom powder and chopped dryfruits.
