Spinach wadi

First we cut the spinach into small pieces and wash it three to four times with water.

Now drain water in it.

Take one Pan and roast the sesame seeds for five minutes.

Now take one bowl add it gram four, water and mix it well to form a lump free batter.

Now add rice four, curd, and all ingredients.

Again mix it well. Add spinach, two spoons oil in it.

Take steamer, add water and put it on the gas for ten minutes.

Now take a plate or bowl and grease it with oil.Pour the paste of wadi.

Cook it for ten minutes on the medium flame.

Check it by knife. If knife is clean then wadi is ready.

Now take a small pan and add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Switch off the gas.

Now pour it on the wadi. And cut it any shape as you like.

I made it by shalow fry.

You do also deep fry this wadi.

Serve hot it with green chutney or ketchup.
